SEELS TASK FORCE |
The SEELS conceptual framework is critical in identifying the study's
research questions, likely information sources, and key relationships
that the study will need to investigate. The SEELS design effort is guided
in this effort by a task force whose members represent several of the
audiences that will be interested in the study's results, including parents,
teachers, administrators, researchers, policymakers, and related service
personnel. The task force met for a day-long meeting on November 23, 1998
in Arlington, VA to develop and refine the conceptual framework that is
guiding SEELS's design. The task force discussed issues related to the
range of content domains that SEELS should address and participated in
an activity to set priorities among the many potential research questions. SEELS TASK FORCE
